We are a husband and wife team and owners of the business. We feel this goes a long way towards giving you the client passionate input into your special day. As a wedding planner in Zimbabwe and Zambia Victoria Falls, we offer full wedding planning services for your destination wedding. We design your dream day with care and attention to details and offer you the most magical day of your life. Every second of the day is curated as well as each day of your stay to offer you memorable moments with your loved ones.

A wedding with a booze, cruise, animal sighting, and dance floor in the middle of a game park was definitely a first for most of our guests. "Weddings are hard work, particularly in rural Zambia, 200ks from the Victoria Falls boarder with 165 guests, many from overseas. But we pulled it off, no small thanks to Des & Kim of Bush Cuisine and their exceptional team. Their professional approach and attention to detail is second to none. They arrived three days before to make sure they had sufficient time to prepare. A large Bedouin tent was erected complete with 100s of fairy lights and a whole tented kitchen set up with army style efficiency. As the client and a tad stressed ‘Mother of Bride’ it is difficult to describe the relief at knowing you have made the right choice of caterer but they were so much more than that. From the moment we sat down to clarify a few final points with Des, Kim and their Executive Chef, a sense of relief swept over me and I knew everything in terms of catering and bar would be well for the weekend in their capable hands. The guests were blown away by the quality of the food, served hot between speeches with impeccable timing. Waiters and bar staff excelled and will be the talk of the district for years to come, remembering what many of the guests were drinking and serving graciously with a smile until 3 in the morning. On the Sunday, we arrived at the dam below the farm to find yet another fabulous set up: a Bedouin tent complete with ethnic décor and a full bar and braai lunch. As someone who has worked in the service industry for 40 years I know that to achieve this consistently high standard of service requires outstanding management anywhere in the world. There was not one complaint regarding this extraordinary company and I cannot recommend them enough."
